  • Marketing Coordinator (QEA Washington, DC) - Quinn Evans Architects has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator in our Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate is a team player who is highly organized, detail-oriented with good communication skills and graphics savvy. Position requires a team player with initiative, flexibility, and love of multi-tasking, strong editing and proof-reading and computer skills. Responsibilities include supporting Marketing Director with content creation, design and development of qualifications and proposal packages; management of marketing collateral materials; creation of interview materials; maintenance and management of marketing CRM database and related reporting; management of digital asset library; conducting research; assistance with marketing campaigns and social media presence; development of awards entries; and assisting with general office administration as required.
    Requirements: Candidates should have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Graphic Design or other related technical field. Mastery of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of CRM/relational database platforms (experience with Deltek Vision a plus), strong oral, written, and graphic communication skills. Previous marketing experience in A/E/C industry preferred.  
     
  • Architectural Intern (QEA Washington DC) -  Quinn Evans Architects (QEA) seeks an intern architect with an historic preservation background to join our Washington DC team. We are looking for a motivated young professional with 0-5 years of experience, preferably holding dual degrees in historic preservation and architecture. Strong writing, Revit, graphics, and architectural conservation skills and experience are a plus. Integrating preservation with sustainability, QEA’s Washington, DC office is proud of our innovative use of technology in our work with historic buildings as well as our expertise in museum, theater and educational design. Our diverse portfolio includes both large and small projects from master planning through construction. 
    Requirements: 0-5 year of experience. Bachelors or Master of Architecture degree and a Certificate or Master’s degree in Historic Preservation, strong writing and graphic skills, and experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint..
  • Project Architect (QEA Detroit) - Join Quinn Evans Architect’s Detroit Studio to help reinvent Detroit at the intersection of contemporary design and historic preservation. QEA is looking for a team player with leadership and design skills, who is passionate about rebuilding cities. Our Detroit Studio focuses on the adaptive use of historic buildings, additions to those buildings and new buildings in existing urban settings. Our clients include private developers, community development organizations, and public institutions. The projects range in size from small to large offering much opportunity for professional growth. Responsibilities include working in all phases of design, documentation, and construction; managing staff; and training intern staff.

    Requirements: Architectural license, 10 years experience that includes taking projects from conception through construction, and experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Newforma and Deltek Vision a plus.
