Tina Roach’s architectural touchstones range from the engineering marvels of Roman aquaducts to 20th century masters of space and light, such as Louis Kahn. “The richness of our world,” she observes, “relies on inspired use of our resources – cultural, environmental, and fiscal – to cultivate our children, our communities, and our world.”
Tina is experienced with a wide range of architectural best practices, including those in support of “greening” processes, as well as those supporting preservation. Her work includes a range of historic preservation, rehabilitation and new construction projects; one that stands out for her is her role as project architect on the rehabilitation of Washington, DC’s Eastern Market following a devastating fire.
