Current Projects
Here are brief summaries of several of the many architecture, preservation, sustainable deign and planning projects in which we’re currently involved.
QEA is currently designing a comprehensive interior and exterior rehabilitation of the Robert S. Vance Federal Building and Courthouse located in Birmingham, Alabama. Originally built in 1921 as a federal courthouse and post office, the Classic Revival building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Quinn Evans Architects is leading the comprehensive design renovation of a retail building originally constructed in 1946 as a movie house.
QEA collaborated with Zingerman’s Delicatessen to expand an iconic, internationally-renowned business on a challenging urban site.
