This new residence facility accommodates 175 students in semi-suite style units and anchors one corner of the campus "Green." Through strategic implementation of the DeafSpace Guidelines, the design for this new housing project promotes fluid and spontaneous interaction and collaboration amongst students, faculty and staff - which is essential to academic life at Gallaudet University. Quinn Evans is the architect-of-record on the design/build team with LTL Architects and Sigal Construction.

The project is slated for Fall 2012 occupancy.
