The Wren Building is the image of educational tradition; it’s the oldest academic building in continuous use in the U.S. QEA transformed this National Historic Landmark into a modern collegiate building, while preserving and protecting its historic integrity. We integrated a variety of contemporary systems and infrastructure within the building’s fabric (completely concealed from view.) We also corrected water moisture problems, repaired and stabilized the masonry walls and foundation, and restored architectural features dating to a 1930s-era restoration.
