Located in the heart of the Sugar Hill Historic District, this fire damaged/vacant building was redeveloped to serve the local arts community. The interior was reworked to create flexible studio/office space in the lower floors, and contemporary one and two bedroom loft s on the upper floors. The building has a geothermal HVAC system. Much of its electricity is provided by roof-top photo voltaic panels and the water is preheated by solar panels. Interior finishes include both salvaged and recycled materials.
