Detroit-based Soave Enterprises is spearheading the 6 building, 150-unit development, which will cover 4.3 acres, most of which is currently vacant land. QEA has been working alongside Soave to redevelop and adapt the historic Checker Cab Building to serve as the anchor of the new development. Construction began on Monday, May 8th.
