Kristen Nyht

Richard leverages his combined experience in architecture, historic preservation, and real estate development to facilitate and deliver transformative projects that revitalize urban neighborhoods. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding developments through the design and entitlement process while working collaboratively with local stakeholders.

His diverse portfolio includes hospitality, cultural and civic institutions, contemporary workplace environments, neighborhood planning and mixed-use developments.

Richard welcomes challenging and transformative opportunities that require new ways of thinking and create a positive impact on the way people connect with the built environment. He has a passion for contemporary design that integrates historic context with future technologies and the need for adaptability in a rapidly changing, mobile world.
