Roger is an award-winning educational design and planner, widely recognized for his work in advancing the design of educational settings. Through an inclusive process, he champions the creation of flexible and engaging environments that support next-generation learning.

Roger’s vast contributions to the profession include his proven, resourceful methods of collaborative planning and steadfast advocacy for creating productive and stimulating learning environments, from early childhood learning centers through facilities for higher education.

A lifelong learner himself, Roger embraces the deep exploration and study of educational curriculum, learning styles, and trends. He works closely with administrators, faculty, and students to create high-performing, adaptable spaces that support diverse educational approaches and welcome the community.
