Chris Tom is a thoughtful and inquisitive architect known for carefully exploring and resolving the many subtle details of a design project. He believes that the success of a project can be found not only in the overall impression a building makes, but in those finer points of design that work together to express identity, heighten functionality, and enhance performance and value. He brings a deliberate and thorough approach to projects of all sizes and complexities, including both rehabilitations and new construction.
Chris has completed many multifamily residential projects as well as educational facilities, museums and galleries, and civic buildings. His clients appreciate his diligence and follow-through, as well as his ability to identify creative solutions for projects with limited resources.
“I love seeing people move into a building and making it so much more vibrant. My favorite projects are those where I can go back and see people using the buildings and enjoying them.”
