Denise believes strongly in the connection between architecture and human behavior. She knows that the built environment has the power to affect emotions, health, lifestyle, and healing. She put these ideas into practice when she realized that a few simple changes could influence the way people lived in and experienced buildings. Denise is fascinated with the complexity of buildings - how organizing the pieces and fitting together the puzzle come together to make a project whole. Her recent work at the State Theater reinforced her skill in listening to clients and the community they serve and translating what they request into tangible forms.
