Gifty’s portfolio includes a variety of projects, ranging from modern learning environments to complex historic preservation efforts. Her experience includes spending several months with a non-profit organization in India, where her work inspired her interest in passive design, using indigenous materials and respecting cultural sensitivities. Gifty is also passionate about sustainability and the positive impact that a sustainable design focus can achieve in educational settings and other built environments.
