In addition to his 25 years of experience in the architectural profession, Jeffrey Morgan brings the creative perspective of a theatrical set designer and seasoned carpenter to each Quinn Evans project. Jeffrey is a detail-oriented project manager and construction administrator who has overseen many complex adaptive use, renovation, and phased construction projects. He understands the importance of precise craftsmanship and the need to clearly define each project’s design language, providing a distinct framework that enables the entire design and construction team to collaborate and contribute to achieve the client’s goals.
Jeffrey has provided design leadership and construction administration for many memorable projects, including the restoration of historic landmarks, the adaptive use of urban structures, the design of performing arts centers, and major modernization and new construction initiatives for colleges and universities. His depth of experience enables him to embrace a project’s inherent constraints and guide the design process effectively from concept design through completion.
“I have a deep respect for the construction trades. I enjoy defining the assembly of systems and components in a clear and concise depiction that the trades can execute as intended. When this works well, it appears effortless and leads to a successful project.”
