Preserving the iconic structure and incorporating industrial elements, we embraced an up-and-coming neighborhood and created an anchor for future community and economic development initiatives. The combination of historic preservation and community revitalization produced a new corporate headquarters facility, transforming a circa-1887 neighborhood building into renewed hope for a thriving community.
