Adding to a proud community amid revitalization, Quinn Evans utilized historic tax credits to further revitalize the community, converting historic Columbus School 99 into fifty affordable apartments in East Baltimore. Highlighting the character and history of the building, the new entry cuts through the building, revealing lounge space in the basement and opening high ceilings to a bridge and skylights. Building amenities for the new units include a community room with kitchen, educational space, computer lab, and library.
