Anticipating significant enrollment growth, our team developed a facilities master plan that addressed the unique settings and specific growth issues for each of Montgomery College’s five campuses. A set of Guiding Principles for each location included program and space needs assessments, and an analysis of site and sustainability issues. Mindful of campus growth and its impact on neighboring communities, we engaged the public at each location to further connect the college to residents’ needs and to support future planning efforts for the college.
