The Church Hill North project is the embodiment of revitalization and innovation. It breathes fresh life into a long-neglected neighborhood, offering new hope and opportunities for the community it serves. The heart of the project is a mixed-use facility that combines various essential elements. It includes modern apartments, office spaces, a future restaurant, and a culinary arts school, all carefully integrated to serve the diverse needs of the community.

A state-of-the-art training kitchen filled with people cooking.

The cornerstone of Church Hill North is the Reynolds Community College's culinary school, which occupies the first two floors of the building. These spaces are designed to foster education and community engagement. An expansive teaching kitchen is connected to a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen, complete with a large theater for educating students and hosting community events. A pastry kitchen, a short-order kitchen, and a café serving student-prepared meals and baked goods all add to the culinary vibrancy of the space.

Apart from educational facilities, the Church Hill North project offers comfortable living spaces with 12 well-appointed apartments on portions of the third and fourth floors. Additionally, the third floor provides office spaces for businesses to thrive in the heart of the community.

One of the most exciting features of the project is the fourth-floor open space designated for a future restaurant. This restaurant space has large doors that open onto a cantilevered balcony, offering breathtaking views of the downtown Richmond skyline, making it a must-visit destination for residents and visitors alike.

This project is more than just a building; it's a testament to the power of design to transform communities. By creating a space that addresses the vital needs of the neighborhood, including healthcare and food accessibility, Quinn Evans has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to improving public health and well-being in Richmond's Church Hill North.
