Lauren joins QEA with experience working in architecture as well as historic preservation at large and small firms both in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. As a current Challenge Detroit Fellow, Lauren spends her time working with local non-profits on design problems focusing on different issues facing the city. She believes in promoting historic preservation and adaptive re-use as sustainable design and is excited to be working on some of Detroit’s iconic treasures. In her free time Lauren loves to be outdoors and volunteers her time coaching hockey for Detroit youth at Clark Park.
