We are increasingly dismayed at the heightened level of violence towards Asians, as evidenced by the recent mass murder of six Asian women in Atlanta. Anti-Asian hate and discrimination, along with violence against women, directly violates our values of community and mutual respect. We condemn all forms of hatred and bigotry and stand in solidarity with AIA, NOMA, and Smithsonian Institution for our Asian American and Pacific Island communities.

Our firm has been tremendously enriched because of our increasing diversity. Our Baltimore office was founded as an Asian Woman-Owned business, and our commitment to inclusion and the well-being of our staff will continue to be a hallmark of our practice.
