Quinn Evans, a leading national planning and design firm, has announced that Sarah Kesher has joined Quinn Evans as team development director, serving all six offices in the Midwest and mid-Atlantic. Kesher brings more than 25 years of experience to the role and will focus on staff development and retention, professional education, training, and coaching, with a focus on team-oriented leadership development.

Kesher brings broad-ranging experience and skills to the firm, including expertise in business strategy and growth initiatives, institutional training, brand development, team coaching, marketing, and client engagement. As team development director, a new position at Quinn Evans, she will lead efforts to foster productive engagement with the firm’s diverse staff, practice areas, and client communities; facilitate ongoing professional growth and development; and encourage the recruitment of top-tier talent.
