With an engaging, collaborative style and versatile skills, Ben is deeply committed to each project endeavor, from the earliest phases of dialogue and concept development through the final details of completion. He has managed and designed major projects involving complex teams, stringent sustainability requirements, and extensive regulatory reviews.
Ben’s diverse portfolio includes academic and library spaces for higher education clients as well as municipal libraries, civic and government facilities, and commercial redevelopment initiatives. Many of his projects involve historic preservation and adaptive use.
Ben believes in the capacity of the built environment to affirm and uphold the dignity of all people. In both his professional and personal life, he strives to be empathetic and seeks to understand the vantage point of others.
