Committed to a collaborative approach, Charles’ project teams have achieved regional recognition with design awards from the Virginia School Boards Association, Association for Learning Environments and the AIA.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Design and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University. He is a registered architect in Virginia, NCARB certified, and is a LEED-Accredited Professional.
