Devan Anderson’s career reflects his deep commitment to the revitalization of the urban realm, through renovations and historic restorations, creative infill developments, and adaptive use projects. He is a leader in the preservation field, advocating for policies and initiatives that promote the renewal of buildings and sites and help reclaim architectural heritage and economic vitality.

Devan has completed numerous projects in urban development, including low-income and multifamily housing, mixed-use and commercial properties, and complex preservation projects. His expertise includes sustainable strategies as well as designs that comply with stringent historic tax credit parameters.

Devan enjoys navigating the challenges of the design process, from the application of advanced building technology to augment existing building documentation through community outreach and coordination with review authorities. He has contributed to dozens of transformative projects that have helped revitalize entire urban neighborhoods.
