Julie Gerber

An award-winning interior designer and project manager, Julie Gerber works closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to create distinctive, inviting spaces that exceed program expectations. She contributes to the design process from the earliest phases, advocating for the careful integration of interior solutions into the broader architectural vision. With an eye for design detail and meticulous craftsmanship, she is noted for projects that consistently achieve client objectives for aesthetics, functionality, and value.

Julie’s experience ranges from large-scale government complexes to cultural and educational projects of all sizes. She has designed libraries and academic spaces that enrich communities and worked with federal agencies to create administrative spaces that are productive, sustainable, and secure.

Many of the projects Julie has overseen involve renovations, adaptive use, and historic preservation and restoration. She especially enjoys the opportunity to help clients reimagine and repurpose interior spaces while celebrating a building’s unique heritage, balancing historic details with the contemporary requirements of a technology-driven world. Julie believes in the power of interior design to enhance everyday life, from modern workplace settings and civic offices to inspired spaces for lifelong learning and the education of our future leaders.
