 Project

Located along Detroit’s historic Avenue of Fashion, the B. Siegel building, a former mid-century modern retail anchor, stood vacant. Embracing one of the most important corners of the famed retail district, Quinn Evans reinvented the block to create a mixed-use hub and a walkable, engaging, and vibrant urban environment serving the community. Quinn Evans is restoring the building façade and replacing the corner retail spaces with a two-story contemporary building that features first floor retail and apartments above. By integrating both old and new designs, the mixed-use property will revitalize an urban neighborhood by catering to a growing student population and serving the community by providing ample space for future retail and commercial businesses.
