Our design for this therapeutic independent day school celebrates nature inside and out and supports individualized instruction within a flexible environment that promotes students’ self-esteem and their ability to thrive in the classroom. Designed to support the growth of every student, each wing offers an age-appropriate setting to build confidence and foster creativity.

We integrated modern, cutting-edge technologies to support internet-based tools and interactive whiteboards to meet specific learning needs and to aid in instruction. Mindful of student sensitivities, we integrated natural light, less-intrusive lighting sources, and enhanced acoustics throughout the design to create a relaxed, calm atmosphere for students.
