Anchored by Coppin State University to the west and the Maryland Institute College of Art to the east, our team transformed the former Walbrook Mill & Lumber site into a modern, mixed-use building, preserving the character of the neighborhood and paying homage to the site’s industrial roots. The first new development in Coppin Heights in decades, the Walbrook Mill mixed-use project plays a significant role in the reinvestment and ongoing transformation of North Avenue, one of the city's most traveled corridors. Inspired by the area’s revitalization, our team delivered a needed 65-unit apartment and retail complex to serve the housing, shopping, and parking needs of the public.
