Phil Dean has joined Quinn Evans as our Chief Human Resources Officer. Phil will work closely with our president and CEO, Alyson Steele, FAIA, LEED AP, and other firm leaders to align human resources initiatives with organizational goals, driving strategic success for our 200-person firm.

Phil most recently served as Chief People Officer for Algo, a global supply chain software-as-a-service company. He has previously held HR roles in the manufacturing, higher education, and life science industries. Phil holds a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
Phil comes with a great combination of HR and business education and experience. I have been impressed by the esteem in which he is held by his colleagues and the level of trust he has fostered throughout his organizations, and I look forward to partnering with him as we continue to advance Quinn Evans’ HR functions.
