Quinn Evans Promotes Jodie Day to Marketing Director

Jodie Day, CPSM, joined Quinn Evans in 2017 as a marketing manager based in our Richmond, Virginia, office. She has worked across the firm to guide marketing and business development support for the firm’s educational and library work. Building on three decades of experience in market research, strategic planning, and business development, Jodie became a firm associate in 2022 and a senior associate in 2025.

As Marketing Director, Jodie will work closely with Chief Marketing Officer Jeanine Quaglia, LEED AP, to lead the marketing team and oversee business development efforts that support firmwide goals—shaping initiatives that connect our teams with clients, communities, and projects.

Jodie holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from California State University, Fresno. She is active in the Virginia chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services and served for four years as the chapter’s Certified Professional Services Marketer chair.

This promotion reflects not only Jodie’s expertise, but also her deep commitment to mentorship and innovation—qualities that strengthen our marketing team and drive growth, development, and success across Quinn Evans. I look forward to seeing the continued impact of her leadership in this new role.
