Offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes across three buildings, Flamingo Place helps address the shortage of affordable housing in Baltimore’s vibrant Hampden neighborhood. Our design integrates the complex naturally into the surrounding community, drawing on the scale and character of adjacent rowhouses while honoring the area’s industrial heritage.

With nearby grocery stores, schools, community services, and public transportation, residents don’t need to rely on cars. The buildings’ bold geometry and pops of color give the development a distinct character that complements the neighborhood’s artsy and eclectic vibe. The project received the 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit.
